1. Vehicle Information & Inspection
• All bikes listed at Rishi Bike Bazar are pre-owned and undergo a thorough inspection before being offered for sale.
• While we make every effort to provide accurate details (model, year, kilometers driven, ownership, etc.), minor variations may occur. Customers are encouraged to personally inspect and test-ride the bike before purchase.

2. Pricing & Payment
• All prices mentioned are final and inclusive of basic charges unless otherwise stated.
• Payments must be made through approved modes only (Cash, Bank Transfer, UPI, or Finance Partner).
• Any booking/advance amount is non-refundable but adjustable against the final purchase.

3. Documentation
• We assist in providing all necessary documents such as RC transfer, insurance, NOC (if required), and invoice.
• Customers are responsible for verifying the documents at the time of purchase.
• Rishi Bike Bazar will not be held liable once the ownership is legally transferred.

4. Warranty & Guarantee
• Since these are pre-owned bikes, no manufacturer warranty is applicable unless still valid from the OEM.
• Rishi Bike Bazar may offer limited service support or add-on packages (if applicable), details of which will be shared at the time of purchase.

5. Returns & Refunds
• Bikes once sold are considered final sale.
• Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not entertained unless under a special buyback offer (if communicated in writing).

6. Liability
• Rishi Bike Bazar ensures that all bikes sold are in working and roadworthy condition at the time of delivery.
• We are not responsible for post-purchase issues arising from wear & tear, accidents, or improper usage of the bike.

7. Customer Conduct
• Customers are expected to provide accurate personal details for documentation.
• Any misuse of documents, false declarations, or fraudulent activity will lead to immediate cancellation of the deal.

8. Modifications & Updates
• Rishi Bike Bazar reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Continued use of our services after changes means you agree to the updated terms.
